Not surprise at all! Just like Becton, Dickinson and Co. (BDX) lied about the their safe syringe and having an injunction on attempted monopolization based on deception in the safety syringe market. Level 2 data shows the MMs is toying with the pps. They are hunting for for stop losses (to steal shares @ lower price) while controlling the pps at a certain range. It's always a good thing to keep plenty of dry powder ready.
