Obviously ERHC is playing the same game they played in the JDZ. If CEPSA doesn't disclose and ERHC doesn't ask the operator to allow disclosure ERHC is in the clear. Even those who claimed for years that the operator was keeping ERHC from disclosing are finally beginning to see the light.
