again - I am not a lawyer and get confused easily

I remember the lack of standing being due to timing and not being ripe

Otherwise it is my memory that the judge said he could not intervene because of the judicial immunity

R U saying the court found no standing in this case (now at the Appeals court) due to the judicial immunity clause

Indeed you gave a different reason for lack of standing in a different post

To me that says without shares there was no damage and thus no standing (not the right type of injury to allow for a standing in such suit)
