lmo.I know you were talking to Dave, and he is capable of answering himself, but when are you going to realize that legal negotiations are just that,
The only way to get the past negotiations off dead center, was for parties to give and take. For expediencies sake what you termed illegal acts had to be negotiated away,or we would still be suing at Christmas time 2005. The lawyers whom you have labeled crooked had to give a little. In order for the case to be closed The Judge (whom you label inept) had to approve the negotiations. Surely,if the irregularities(according to you) were important or outlandishly illegal,do you honestly believe the Judge would spit in the face of Texas Law for us shareholders or the Boyz.
These moves were critical(only to you}since the other 99% of the posters didn't give a damn about them,at this time. Most of us realize court suits are a case of give and take. Our lawyers gave up some irregularities and recieved valuable time in exchange.
I don't recall anyone ever saying you were wrong, just that your exceptions were not critical enough to cause us to want to scrap all the previous time and work.
You also mention that you don't know any realists. Well I'm one.
I'm realistic enough to know that our investment is still on very shaky grounds. We don't know whether MP or CDEX has anything very profitable to sell at this time,or will have in the future. I firmly believe that 90% of the rest of us feel the same way.
But we have an investment here that shows a lot more potential than the parent company has shown us in the past few years. Sure we all got sucked in on what amounted to hype about potential products that never seemed to materialize.
By the same token the potential has never been disproven either.
Loch was in the hands of a wannabee ballplayer and real estate people, and maybe suffered from the necessaary skills to handle things properly resulting in some shady moves that negated any forward movement within the law.
I am realistic enough to realize the present people representing CDEX,should move things much better than Loch ever could if they have the products.YOU,more than any of us [due to your past praise of MP's character and beliefs]should feel comfortable in his hands. Yet you have allowed yourself to be swayed without giving him due process. While not knowing the reasons for any time schedule delays,or his not adhering to your expectations, you have proceeded to condemn him.
I am realistic enough to know that the present course is the only course available to me/us in any kind of decent time frame.
Sure, my investment has been made and devalued somewhat, but there is nothing to gain by selling for peanuts,at this time. The hope now is in the future of CDEX.If they make my day, fine. If not,I should have learned a valuable lesson.
