I do not know who is holding the shares, but i do not believe the note holders have more than 09.9% combined. They are prohibited by the agreement from holding more than that amount and that requirement has been what has caused all the trouble . This slightly less than 10% that the two hedge funds were allowed to hold turned this debt into a "toxic convertibles". JMO.
