Your last paragraph is exactly right!

I say 2-3,000 as Benny said he has thousands to fill. I am taking thousands means 2,000, the minimum it can mean. Benny's history of word definition is lacking.

I did see over on the FB page someone says the posters are going out. We will see if they arrive or not.
