I know some workers at a local hospital who have Fitbit competitions amongst the department every week. Never in a million years would I think to see "competitions" like this, but it's actually amazing to see these people purposely walking to win when they would normally be taking a break...
It creates a buzz and more people are buying fitbits to join every week.
After seeing this, I have hope.
Although this is one department in a big hospital, the employees actually enjoy it.
If they can get "PR" train out, we can get sales
