I agree with most everything you said except the R/S. Our share structure is weak and we still have an existing amount of debt. I feel David intends to remove those issues in one fell swoop which I believe he has eluded to with several shareholders on the phone.

At this point, the R/S mentality is deeply engrained in many stockholders. If David wishes to remove that 'glass ceiling' and ante the support of shareholders, he'll have to address with us the R/S is explicitly not needed and wont be for a period of time.
