I think the share price and relatively low volume reflect the overall confusion about how/when the split will happen. Confusion is always going to cause the price to go down. If the PR yesterday had been more clear, the PPS could have easily run to .04 or higher yesterday afternoon.
I don't have that much invested here, so I am holding until at least the end of next week to see how this all turns out.
