9 times out of 10 these CEOs over promise and under deliver. Even the best intentioned ones.

All valid points but this was 1st human trial and only few 2 quarters back co financial condition was not very good - so not sure if they were in a position to spend all money.

Also GMP for mfg and all steps for packaging takes much time and not sure they would start before getting the trial results.

So in my view - this delay is expected from small company
