One thing I have been thinking of the last few days is does it even matter to Dr. Fowler if Titan succeeds or not. Won't he be compensated for his Irep invention regardless of who has it or takes it over? Also, his stake in platform-imaging...if Titan can't make the payments then they can sell their IP to someone else. Sounds like he is covered regardless of Titans success or failure.
And what sucks about that is anyone who's in this for over $1/share is going to take a loss. That's assuming you mean they get bought out due to not being able to move forward with development.
