There are many do uments provided at OTC Markets that clearly spell out increased AS, billions issued and billions sold into the market. There are many documents that show many of those involved have been fined and banned in some instances due to some level of fraud.
The SEC and FINRA have provided numerous documents about this type of fraud as well. The fact that someone is not specifically charged with fraud concerning GNCP has no bearing on the facts listed above.
