SIIR: just needs to finish sound
Dividend of MUME shares: As stated in the PR the shares will take several weeks to process. This is due to the shares being FREE TRADING. If the dividend shares were restricted then that process is quicker. The forward split was being filed at the time the dividend was announced and because of timelines and paperwork for the dividend to FS the split would not apply.
MUME: No update as James is not familiar with that project and Ken is in Europe Ken and James have no knowledge of the stockster shares but were given by a third party and maybe shares used to finance Whiskers.
Autograph PR: Not much, deal is profit sharing.
UFC: James and Cindy met with Pres of UFC Dana White, and agreed on terms but since Dana is only 10% owner he needed to agreement to go to the other owners and Dana’s attorney. Attorney was not happy with this going out now due to a conflict in the “about UFC” in the PR. Everything is true and James feeling hurt as he was given the O.K. Met with Pride as well.
That’s all I got before the call I needed to take.
