The Registrant had 39,683,990 shares of its common stock outstanding as of May 23, 2016

Yet,

Payment for the acquisition will be made in the form of sixty million (60,000,000) shares of iGambit common stock.

Have you guys read all the comments on this link? I read a LOT of them and didnt see one driver that was for the tech.

Every single one that I read were 100% against it and some said they would quit, others talked about striking and the panic our country would be in without truckers for 3 days.

Raises some concerns for me at least.
