A lot of this trading is very likely wash type trading amongst the foley's and other insiders to keep some sort of fake stock movement happening so they can unload parts of their load in between pps pops. None of it is shorty, or any shorts from mars. Nor is it MM's manipulating a sub penny scam stock. It's all insiders diluting their free shares. That's why this will sell down to .00001 again because that is still a profit when one has free shares. The investigation is close to public release and announcements so this will all come out in the 'wash'.
