None of that matters & none of us know what is transpiring behind the scenes. The marketplace is constantly changing. The big news- We'll wait and see if they can lock in contracts after the patient is issued. That will be the real test. If this is a game changer, you will be sorry you didn't buy low. Keep in mind, 1 locked in contract could bring 100% + gains for DDCC. I've been waiting for this patient for 3 years. Now it's go time.
