I think those warrants converted the instant they filed for them. Remember the warrants are not publicly traded so its only insiders and note holders that own them.
Ever hear of a signature loan? All the insiders had to do was say they were converting their warrants and they are able to sell and the book keeping will catch up to the millions of $$ they made.
