Guess LIBE couldn't get it together without a 1:3,500 reverse split after all:



As of right now, the company has no legitimate business prospects, but the implementation of the RS could mean that the CEO has something in hand to create interest so that more convertible notes can be sold into the market at a (temporarily) higher price.
