Think about it...assuming retail owns majority of shares, nothing would stop any interested party of buying its shares at a price sufficiently more than current share price to achieve its aims.

I think I am going to have to investigate again the Roche/DNA 2-step model....was DNA share price controlled like PPHM's share price has been? Situation is different, of course, because DNA may not have had the trial results that PPHM has "suffered," about which we know precious little.
