And, after thinking about it, I don't believe that the footnote in the 10Q is inconsistent with the Farm Out Agreement. This is because the only exploration costs that ERHC is obligated to pay, at this point, are those up to and including the First Additional Exploration Period, and those costs are being carried as described by the footnote.
