This has been discussed numerous times! Nothing has changed for the company to alter these plans. No R/S, no rise A/S. In addition, the shareholders meeting is not until October. You've got at least that long in a worst case scenario.

a r/s will have to come sooner or later..UNLESS with rev's xkem buys back shares...but I don't count on that
