Not easy to get a good fix on LABD. But your right, it is hanging in the low twenties for quite some time now. I would like to see XBI close below 61. Just the slightest hint of a rate increase from the FED today, could send the market down at least for awhile. Might be all LABD needs to get going. Good luck.
