Bonuses should be tied to stock performance(tangible shareholder value) and we all know where that is.

I agree and that proxy was only preliminary and not definitive.

Maybe they should remove the reverse split position, remove their bonuses and come out with the definitive proxy with bonuses tied to stock performance.

They could actually make much more this way... if they have what most think they have "astronomical"
