There was a time when Yates spent massive sums on "reports" by a succession of professional stock pumpers and he got some results for a while. And, he teamed up with some fast-buck promoters known for pumping and dumping. But now, he no longer has the kind of cash on hand to pay to "pump artists" to publish rosy scenarios that turn out to be pipe dreams and go up in smoke.
At one time it seemed like he may have attracted a reputable broker's research support, but that lasted about 6 months before they dumped PLSB.
