you have 90 million pre ROW. Is that decent? Yes, but not going to propel this stock to a $30+ price point near term.

Please explain why VNDA is trading at market cap of almost $550 million with their 60 million dollars a year in sales in their 'me too drug'(their sales are disappointing when compared to the projections they had)? And they just started to hit 15 million a quarter, but yet have traded as high as 600 million + market cap.

A $500 million dollar market cap on Titan would give us a $23-24 stock price, yes not $30 a share but way closer and more realistic valuation then the price we are at now.
