BORN AGAIN (restricted shares)..IMO, restricted share,
restrictions can be gotten around ; and from watching
many stocks' shares' trading action balloon, do I say
this.

Whatsmore, with a seemingly "good" company
(that's KALI) it matters little, imo, maybe slow the,
otherwise, steady, march upward,

but giving "late commers" an otherwise, missed,
opportunity to participate.
