The due date is somewhat amorphous...

The lawyer letter which out shortly after the 'resignation' was towards the end of May.

So I hope we at the very least we get some word of update / or result by end of next week.

There was a little buying last week...but bid is weak...i will look to dive in if this tightens up.

Right now till floating....but this could...just could...be a big mover if the float and outstanding is close.
