Here we go again. Just like that, the USPTO has agreed to accept the proposed amendment being filed today. This immediately triggers the "Call of the Wild", IF and when they get it. It's just more rewording of the "hope" factor that keeps getting spin over and over. It's not credible anymore.

This isn't bashing, this is being fed up with constantly pushing events and expectations further out, and the excuses from CEO, etc...

It's been a LONG ROAD and there's STILL not one patent making a single penny. I hate the pinks.

Allowing a proposed amendment means diddly-squat.
They will entertain a look at an amendment,
happens all the time in patent applications.

Maybe; EPGL can share what the actual amendment submission was?
