It could be! That's why two directors were selling last week! They new this was coming and sold! So much for insider trading laws! The board members signed the deal! They new of the private placement and they sold before the news came out! There probably is more news to come! In any case, if a healthcare specialist thinks that the price is good at 13.50 and are buying, I'm good too!
