I think this new note is a fire sale in effect since there's little hope of the company ever paying it off. Looks like someone just bought whatever assets are left when it comes time to pick the bones clean.

I was part of a fund raiser in this company and also put up 100k. I also was buying another couple hundred thousand shares while the big investors were exiting.

100k ain't going to do much they have to sell a machine. I'm surprised that this is what it has came down to. Folks actually excited and claiming this is more money than any of us have dreamed about putting up for the company. All this will do is buy another couple months and we should be happy???? How about actually selling a machine, wouldn't that be something

He's funded the company out of his own pocket for three years.

My interpretation of RH's 8K: "I'm close to finalizing a deal and after putting up millions of my own money, could use a little help for the last leg until $$ comes in from machine sales."

why would he risk his own assets?
why would this new guy agree, if he were not privy to RH being "close"?

'Clearly' the timing and coincidence suggests the 100k was raised to pay for the producing , auditing, and filing of the now overdue 10Q.

The company is broke. If they insist on being current with their filings they have to pay for them somehow.

Third world class Banjoboy, the auditors, etc don't work for free.

But hey..... let's throw another 'somebody must know something' story out there for what seems like the millionth time instead of looking at the facts.
