Having said that, it would be critical to know if the business done for Local Planet will have a different, lower, cost basis (e.g. they may save in customer acquisition costs if clients are referred to them from international partners). If LP business is not yet included on the books for Q2 as they suggest, and if LP business is more profitable, the effect on margins may be instantly positive.
As usual, the next Quarter should give us much needed insight...
