Weak move?? What? First we were under 100mil before the Amgen deal. So I don't think we are at 165. We are for sure now. Second Amgen just paid somewhere around $8 dollars for their shares as part of the deal. Third this is a direct placement not an offering. Think what u want. I think it's great!!! Take the money when you can
