Well the Ross/Ruppert/Joshua clowns are trying to hide the financial information so they won't get prosecuted for fraud.

With those idiots messing with the financials - how could anyone file in a timely fashion.

Ruppert is already screwed but he is too stupid to understand.

I have tried for 3 days to get anyone to answer the phone at the numbers I have found for the Joshua group.

My guess is that Kim hasn't had any better luck than I did at finding Joshua or the financials.

But Ruppert and Ross can't hide the financial information forever - I bet Kim tracks it down and puts it too those clowns.

Why propound discovery when they've already been defaulted? Seek summary judgment ... unless the Motion to Quash Service at hearing was denied, but the Motion to Vacate Default granted
