Wayne... you're getting ahead of yourself. There is no information anywhere that we will be receiving our EVSI Spin-off shares (dividend) during the middle of this month. HISS has not even informed us of the record date yet. EVSI must do a R/S in order for the dividend to be issued and according to the EVSI filing, the R/S should be effectuated on or about COB August 14th. These are the issues that must be completed prior to receiving the dividend.
1. A R/S must occur with the existing EVSI shares.
2. An increase in the A/S of EVSI to 300,000,000 shares must occur.
Nos. 1 and 2 should occur on or about August 14.
3. HISS must set a new record date.
4. HISS must set a distribution date.
My estimate is that the dividend will be issued the last week of August or the first 2 weeks of September.
