Its ok, they are just not the first 15....

The commission is expected to grant 94 dispensary licenses out of 811 applications later this year.

Maryland only announced those who were awarded GROWER and PROCESSOR licenses which are obviously only going to be LOCAL applicants. TRTC was awarded all 8 DISPESARY permits they applied for in Nevada, which is what they applied for in Maryland. Maryland has not yet determined who they have approved for dispensaries, but Blum's proven success will definitely land at least 1 of the 94 that will be opening.
