This is proof that Kaya Holdings Inc. does indeed have a License to sell Recreational marijuana until December 31st of 2016

I already know that KAYS has a MEDICAL license that allows LIMITED REC SALES.

No proof has been supplied to back up your post that KAYS is a RECREATIONAL MJ company however.

Quite the contrary actually, until and IF KAYS decides to apply AND is approved by the much tougher standards for REC., only then can KAYS be truly classified as a RECREATIONAL MJ Company.

Heck, KAYS hasn't even gotten their chit together enough to receive a Recreational Producers license for the grow that they've allegedly operated for nearly 2 years while the competition has received 200 approved licenses for their production facilities.
