What separates other meters from FAREs? GPS which is now on every smartphone on the market.... Water proof and the ability to print in the rain.

And you don't think if a market developed for the meter that every current manufacturer would start making them in a more cost effective manner than fare?
Do you think the current meter manufacturers already have distribution, financing and manufacturing already nailed down?
