So, is Shane actually running the company? He is quoted in the PRs as CEO, but is Barry really in charge? I'm confused.

How is Shane associated with the actual company we are shareholders in? What is the exact documented relationship?

Does he have the authority to sign LOCs, etc?

I am even more confused now than I was a few minutes ago :)
