It won't be until all holders that have options (like Circadan) have agreed that they will be able to execute a sell off of their positions granted in lieu of payment for work before the RS. It hasn't been submitted yet, I haven't gotten an alert from TD Ameritrade yet.
They have to RS or do an AS raise. They must or give equal value of funds for the shares back owed in the form of promissaries. Considering they have less money in the bank than most of us had when we were 20, I'd say yes it's still on
