I'd like to know what claims they are making to get people to fork over thousands of dollars they are guaranteed to lose.
That people could be so gullible that a company that loses hundreds of thousands of dollars every quarter, and is in default on their most recent loans in addition to being in default on their bankruptcy obligations will be able to hire an FBA consulting firm, put together a pristine FDA submission unlike the 3 previous times where the FDA already rejected them.
And it is almost like people believe an FDA approval, unlikely as it is, somehow comes with a cash prize or the device will market istelf without any manufacturing or sales force.
