Type A package....The FDA must grant meeting within 30 days after request received.

The FDA has no obligation to grant a meeting within 30 days.. First the FDA must agree Elites "REQUEST" of Class A is acceptable..THAT HAS NOT OCCURRED!!!

FACTS ONLY!!!!!!!!!!!
