That's what happens when you're the CEO and largest shareholder of a sleaze penny stock , you do what you want

Nasrat is raping this company, having it purchase his generics, pay for his swanky hotel bill every week, pay raises, massive share issuances etc

and Nasrat gave us a REJECTION of Sequest and an over 50% meltdown in share price

Imagine his compensation if he did something good for Elite

You do realize developmental milestone payments are reasonable and customary and par for the course in the pharmaceutical industry right??? Name one single pharmaceutical company that hasn't paid a milestone payment for an NDA filing???

Non-performance??? The company had never filed one single NDA in the history of the company prior to Nasrat becoming CEO.
