There WERE no screw ups...not on ECSL or Ron Mills' part that is...just the greedy, spoiled, racist natives, which is this particular tribe...the Khanawakes. Mills has always been a tough and shrewd negotiator...no different here. Also, this tribe just lost a long court battle with the government...the results of which is they'll have to pay taxes on the gas that's shipped into Canada...just like everyone else. All the delays have been their fault.
No matter, it will all be worked out.
