Bogus "Luxury" Real Estate Claims don't verify. Hawaii luxury housing starts about $10.0 mil., not $1.0 mil. Luxury Condos start about $2.0 mil. It would be rational to invest in real property, but the claims of MYEC luxury listings don't verify.
