If it's not a rejection why did nasRAT start focusing on the breadcrumbs again?

This is how the FDA stipulates it when the drug that is being sought out for approval meets fda standards it will gain an approval, or the fda can issue a CRL which indicates something is wrong or not complete in which means no approval until these issues are solved, many companies get CRLs and receive approval some where down the road , some can never fix the issues
