Hello, well I don't have any knowledge of behind the scenes activity. Knowledge of POTENTIAL behind the scenes activity is a really low standard, it seems to just involve noting they could do this or they could do that and since its true that they could do such it would count as knowledge of a potentiality if reasonable. My take on matters is just the obvious that we are stuck in silence at .0001 and that kinda sucks. It isn't hopeless, but they have to both do something and talk about it. They are obviously incentivized to do both, so I think it will come at some point.
If they could advance an application for a Canadian licence to grow under MMPR past the first stage, that would seem to be enough to pull us out of the trips. The stall in activity by Health Canada seemed to be in response to the Allard decision and the unclarity that placed on MMPR. Now there has been a resolution in the courts and Health Canada has said they will accommodate that rather than appeal. They said they would amend MMPR by 8/24/16 to accommodate the court's decision. Hopefully Health Canada will become active again in advancing applications in the fall, but we have to have an application in for that to benefit SLNX.
Anything could get us off the mat. I am just holding and hoping.
ACMPR is the amendment to MMPR, but they note there may be further revisions.
