I would need to write at least a 2000 word dissertation on how and why one would develop data for any investment be it stock, real estate or even a new car (you need to learn some of this on your own) we aren't here to teach you anything. That would be considered professional advise which is probably forbidden here. Did you not learn anything at the Univ of Florida? I showed evidence on here going back to 1990 that Paul Giles was a creepy dude that ended up being forced to leave the country due to sketchy behaviour. Here's a milder version in 2004 when he was 36.
As for filing against them: 1) He lives in Thailand. 2) What would I say to the judge? "Arrest these bastards because I made thousands of dollars from going from 5 cents to 12 cents!" I have no case nor incentive to go against them.
