So do you get a report back if you do this? Then you can go from doubters to cheerleaders overnight once Peak gets a clean bill of health?

Issues I see with this though:

1. This company is based in Canada and primarily traded there. Not sure about the rules or effectiveness of US regulatory boards on it.

2. Just like any other corporate presentation:

is protected by forward looking statement clauses seen on the first slide of the presentation. The projection is protected by that clause, so I'm not sure what exactly you would expect the FBI to uncover? I mean it's not like they can go into the future and on December 31, 2017 say "ahha, you guys don't have $500M in revenue this year!"

Now if you can get them checking if there really is a company called Asia Synergy Technologies and that they really did book some revenue on August 12th like their press release said, that would be something of substance. And I am quite confident that they would find such things if they looked.
