Am I to understand the company could not repay the loan???

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't FITX complete and utter scam,

Didn't the CEO make his millions after what people have described as a, "dubious paper loan", and then made off like a bandit and left the country, and hasn't been seen since or was that another FITX?
