I don't know and cannot tell if Beats is under DGM or a new 3rd party business. Would have to look at DGM's documents on that if available. I does state that they rejected SLS deal and renegotiated and then states that Lamar was sorry and said they would go through with it. Sounds funny. If you had all these meetings there was no letters of intent or anything. At least it was Lamar on this event he should be able to cover up or squirm out of it better than JG.
